Germany

The German press understandably lead on Germany’s last-gasp win against Sweden in the World Cup. ‘Toni you are a football god’, say Bild. (Bild)

After that match, Sweden were unhappy about the way Germany celebrated. “That was a lack of respect, disgusting behavior!” RB Leipzig midfielder Emil Forsberg said, while coach Janne Andersson said: “Some people behaved in a way that was not correct.
