He has been taking the ball away from the right hander in this over but Vijay was comfortable leaving them so far. But now, this is pitched at the right line and moves a tinge away from the batsman to hit the stumps. Anderson is pumped! They have got the big wicket of Vijay early here. Pujara is in already.

Toss – England opt to bowl
England go with four pacers as Chris Woakes comes in place of Ben Stokes, so Moeen Ali misses out. With four seamers, England are more than happy to bowl first after the rain yesterday. The seamers should enjoy themselves against a nervy Indian top order.
For India, as expected, Pujara is back. He replaces Dhawan and despite the rain, India pick Kuldeep Yadav for this Test in place of Umesh Yadav.
England (Playing XI): Alastair Cook, Keaton Jennings, Joe Root(c), Ollie Pope, Jonny Bairstow(w), Jos Buttler, Chris Woakes, Sam Curran, Adil Rashid, Stuart Broad, James Anderson
India (Playing XI): Murali Vijay, Lokesh Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli(c), Ajinkya Rahane, Dinesh Karthik(w), Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma
Day one lost to rain at Lords means the follow on mark has dropped to 150 … could prove to be relevant down the line

Revised playing conditions:
Start time: 11 am local
Lunch: 1 pm
Tea: 3:55 pm
Stumps: 7 pm (extended)
Good news for everyone as the rain has stayed away at Lord’s this morning. We endured a frustrating opening day where play was abandoned due to the rain. This Test is crucial for India so they will be hoping for no more delays after this one. The previous Test ended in less than three and a half days so that should give both teams hope of forcing a result here despite losing an entire day.
The big question however revolves around the combination that both teams might go with for this game. Will they play a second spinner or will they go ahead with four paces considering the rain and the forecast going ahead? Welcome to the live blog for the second day’s play of the second Test.
