Ruby Riott could miss around a month of WWE action after spraining the MCL in her left knee.
Riott hurt her knee in a match against Dana Brooke at a house show in Rapid City, South Dakota on Friday night.
She was sent for an MRI scan and it has been discovered she has suffered a sprain of her medial cruciate ligament.
The injury generally takes around a month to rehabilitate and from which to make a full recovery.
Riott had been earned lots of praise for her in-ring performances and as the leader of the heel faction the Riott Squad, who moved from SmackDown to Raw as part of the Superstar Shake-up in April.
